What does 'eating well' mean?

Eating well means nurturing your body with food intuitively by trusting your body's inner wisdom to decide what feels good for you, together with true nutrition knowledge without the influence of diet culture.

A healthy diet is found in a balance of a variety of foods, together with fostering a good relationship with food.

Why does ef zin not focus on weight loss?

Simply, because ef zin aligns with the idea that we should shift our focus on health and wellbeing instead. Focusing on changing a number on the scale can lead to body and food preoccupation, increased stress, depression, and disordered eating.

Plus, dieting is not sustainable and 80% of dieters regain the weight they lost.
