ef zin gladly accepts cancellation requests of purchased nutrition or exercise services.
To start a cancellation process, please contact Dimitra by pressing the below button. Dimitra will clearly provide you with your exchange and refund options. In case you choose to request a refund, the transaction will be made via online banking and your payment details will be requested.
If you submit your cancellation request forty eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
If you submit your cancellation request within forty eight (48) hours of your scheduled session, your payment will be refunded but you will be charged a 20% fee. As an alternative for your convenience, you can simply postpone your service within the same week (if there is an available slot) at no cost, exchange it for a different service or even assign it to a different user.
If you choose to disrupt a prepaid holistic plan or another special offer agreed at the time of purchase, you will only be charged the price of the initial cost of the services you have already used, and receive a full refund for the rest of your payment.
